Linear Modeling Presentation at Davis-R-Users Group

In October, I was asked to put together a short presentation for the Davis R User’s Group, discussing some of the basics of linear model fitting and diagnostics in R. The presentation was meant to be largely about using R, as the statistical underpinnings of linear modeling can’t be covered in sufficient detail in an hour or two.

If you’re interested in looking over the details of model synthax, nomenclature, and simple diagnostics of linear models in R, please view the attached slides here.

Code to generate these slides are available on my Github.
